Quick answer: Some advanced HighLevel features depend on which subscription plan your agency uses and whether the functionality has been enabled for your account.
If you use a sub-account supplied by another agency, ask your provider to enable the features. If you own a Starter or Unlimited agency, you may need to upgrade to the $497/month Founder Plan.
At the October 2026 LevelUp Summit in Dallas, HighLevel announced its new Founder Plan, replacing the previous $497/month Agency Pro plan and introducing additional functionality.
However, not everyone using HighLevel automatically gets access to these features.

1. I’m a HighLevel sub-account user. Why are features missing?
If you purchased HighLevel through another agency, you may have noticed that some of the advanced features aren’t available in your account.
For example, you might want to use HighLevel Industries for your trade business, Creator Studio for marketing content or Project Management to organise your work.
There are two possible explanations.
Reason 1: Your HighLevel provider isn’t on the Founder Plan
Your agency might be using HighLevel’s $97 Starter or $297 Unlimited agency subscription.
These plans don’t include all the advanced functionality available to Founder agencies.
Reason 2: Your agency is on Founder but hasn’t enabled the features
Your provider may already have access to the functionality but hasn’t made it available to your sub-account.
Some features may need activation, additional permissions or separate subscriptions.
Step 1: Ask your HighLevel provider to enable the features
Contact the agency or consultant supplying your HighLevel account and ask:
- Are you on the HighLevel Founder Plan?
- If so, can you enable the advanced features I need?
- If not, are you planning to upgrade to Founder?
If your agency is already on Founder, it may simply be a matter of enabling the relevant functionality.
If they’re on Starter or Unlimited, they would need to upgrade before offering Founder-exclusive features.
Step 2: What if your agency cannot or will not enable the features?
If your existing provider is unwilling or unable to give you access to the functionality you need, you should consider moving your HighLevel sub-account to another agency that offers Founder-level features.
HighLevel supports transfers of sub-accounts between agencies, subject to its transfer requirements.
This means you may be able to retain your contacts, pipelines, workflows, calendars and other business information.
Some services, integrations and settings may require attention during a transfer, so it’s important to check the details first.

If you’re running your own HighLevel agency on the Starter or Unlimited plan, you may be wondering why the advanced functionality you’ve seen demonstrated isn’t available in your sub-accounts.
The answer is that not all HighLevel agency plans include the same features.

If you’re on Starter or Unlimited and want Founder-exclusive functionality, you’ll need to upgrade to the $497/month Founder Plan.
You can upgrade your existing agency without rebuilding your accounts or losing your existing sub-accounts.
Once upgraded, you can review the advanced features available and enable the relevant functionality for your customers, subject to rollout and individual feature requirements.

Similarly, not every feature in the table is necessarily available immediately to every Founder agency or sub-account. Some remain in beta, and some may require additional activation or charges.

4. Frequently asked questions about missing HighLevel features
Questions for sub-account users
Why can’t I see HighLevel Industries in my account?
Your provider may be using Starter or Unlimited rather than Founder, or may not have enabled the Industries functionality for your sub-account. Ask your agency to check your access.
Can my agency enable Creator Studio or Meeting Rooms for me?
If your agency has the necessary plan entitlement and the feature is available, it may be able to enable the functionality for your account. Some features also require individual permissions or additional configuration.
My agency is already on Founder. Why can’t I see the advanced features?
Being with a Founder agency doesn’t automatically mean every advanced feature has been enabled for your sub-account.
Ask your provider to activate the features you need, where available. If they’re unwilling or unable to do so, consider moving to another Founder agency.
Can I transfer my existing HighLevel sub-account to another agency?
HighLevel supports transfers between agencies, subject to its rules and eligibility requirements.
