Here is a simple example of how Magento and Keap / Infusionsoft can work in unison.
1 You attract traffic to your e-commerce Magento site, say a jewellery site. This traffic costs you money.
2 The Magento site takes the order for say a diamond ring. You then fulfill that order with your existing systems.
3 Via a plug-in Magento sends the customer and order details to Keap / Infusionsoft.
4 Keap / Infusionsoft upon receipt of the contact and order details then automatically triggers marketing activity.
eg Keap / Infusionsoft co-ordinates an automated and integrated campaign over 6 months involving email, direct mail, telesales and even SMS to up-sell a further product e.g. matching diamond earrings.
5 The customer decides to purchase the earrings and then comes back to the Magento store to purchase.
6 Once the customer purchases the diamond earrings then Keap / Infusionsoft will stop the earring marketing campaign and switch to offering the matching diamond necklace.
And all this occurs automatically.
