As just one example of the power of integrating Keap / Infusionsoft and Webmerge. You can use Keap / Infusionsoft and Webmerge to automatically complete official PDF forms. So in the video example below. My client who installs domestic electric car charging points has to claim a grant from the UK government upon successful installation.
This involves completing a long official PDF form. Much of the client data is already stored withing Keap / Infusionsoft as part of the sales process. So prior to using Webmerge this meant that staff had to copy and paste data into these PDF forms – a real pain in the butt.
When we hook up Keap / Infusionsoft and Webmerge then the system does all the mundane merging and production of the completed PDF document thus saving the staff considerable time.
